LEAD IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

Antipolo City Permanent Full Time; DIRECT HIRE Salary is dependent on experience

An Antipolo-based Global Company is looking to hire a Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer who specializes in Automation Controls and Network Infrastructure and will ensure the stability of the companys core infrastructure, platform and production.

You will be tasked to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

- Act as the Lead Implementation Engineer who will be managing the entire IT infrastructure of the companys factory site which will cover safety, quality, liaison, support and maintenance to ensure successful and effective service delivery

- Ensure that the team follows the defined KPIs and objectives

- Endeavour to reach excellence and improvement by making certain that issues are responded to and compliances and regulations are strictly observed

- Manage the entire departments budget while ensuring the highest standard in manufacturing

- Involved in the Automation, Instrumentation and calibration program as well as inventory of all Instrumentation devices & automation control hardware for the plant

- Continuous liaison with vendors, contractors and offshore counterparts.

Qualifications and skills required:

- At least 3 years practical experience in managing Automation Controls and Networks

- Background and knowledge in FMCG, Manufacturing, Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis as well as Operational plant flow are great to have

- Expertise in Servers, Virtual Infrastructure, Cisco Devices and Database Administration

- Knowledgeable in Operational Electrical technicalities

- SAP knowledge is good to have

- Must have completed a degree in Engineering and passed the Engineering board exam.
