Qualifications:

-Registered Nurse with active license (active within 3 months)

-With or without clinical experience

-With or without BPO experience

-Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing

-Amenable to work in graveyard shift

Job Description:

-Answer incoming calls and/or respond to customers emails

-Process customers requests and validates their account

-Manage and resolve customer complaints

-Guides customers through the problem-solving process.

-Provide excellent display of customer service

-Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
