8. Supervision of the Accounting & Audit Departments

9. Supervise Branch Heads regarding Accounting & Audit Policies

10. Review & recommend incentive schemes for products or services sold by the Company

11. Maintain integrity of accounting records as basis for generation of Financial Statements
