General Accountant in Ortigas Center 23k to 30k

-Process and validates Request for Payments(RFP) of all Companies

-Makes Journal Entries for Internal Company Advances to / Advances from

-Monitors Liquidations-Advances to Suppliers/Advances to Employees

-Follow ups all unliquidated advances from suppliers and employees

-Prepares checks and releasing for payments

-Review Accounts Payable entries and vouchers

-Monitors and checks petty cash fund for MRTC Logistics and Truching Services

-Review bank transactions of all companies, check the completeness of all necessary documents to attached, ensure RFP is signed by designated authorized signatory

-Monitors Fund allocation/ fund transfers

-Daily Bank Balances (update passbook daily) and prepares Bank reconciliation.

-Review liquidation of Advances to Supplier, Officer and Employees

-Prepare of Payroll Files every cut-off

-Compute 13th month pay, SIL conversion.

-Prepares various BIR Tax Returns and other reports ( Withholding Tax Compensation, Withholding Tac Expanded, Final Withholding tax, Value Added Tax, Quarterly Income -Tax, Semestral List, RR 12-2011, Inventory List, Relief, Alphalist, SAWT, 2307 and 2316)

-Prepare Annual Financial Statements and Annual Income Tax Returns.

-Handles Renewal of Business permit of all companies and handles all SEC Compliance, reporting and updates.

-Monitors PPE lapsing schedule

-Review of Government Remittances

-Port transactions relates to Sales, prepares sales quotation and sales invoice, maintain records of sales

-Paper filing and assigned companies

-GIS Preparation, new business registration at SEC, process business permits renewal.

-Other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification

-Computer literate

-Work experience as a General Accountant

-Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures

-Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets using financial functions)

-Familiarity with accounting software (e.g Quickbooks)
