Responding to customers questions and providing the best solution

Handling complaints and concerns in an efficient and professional manner

Providing excellent customer service 24/7

Qualifications:

At least a high school / short course / vocational diploma

Knowledgeable with basic computer applications

Good written and verbal communication skills

Must be comfortable with using the English language

With or without call center experience accepted

Willing to work within Metro Manila
