No BPO / Call Center experience required

Good to Excellent communication skills

Can type at least 25 words/minute

Must be willing to work on SHIFTING SCHEDULE.

Job Description:

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media

Take payment information and other important information such as addresses and phone number

Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Inform customer of deals and promotions
