Job Description:

Taking phone calls from customers;

Answering questions about the product or service;

Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

At least a College Grads/Undergraduates;

Senior Graduates, Short Course, Vocational Course, and College Fresh Grads are Welcome;

With 1 to 2 years CSR Experience is Okay.
