Job Descriptions:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to the customers emails

- Manage and resolve customer complaints

- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system

- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

- Provide product and service information to customers

Job Qualifications:

- Must be a college graduate

- Must have at least 2 years of call center experience

- Able to type at least 25 words per minute

- Flexible with working hours


- 13th month pay, double pay, overtime pay, night differential
