Customer Service Representative For Our Health Care Account (voice/non Voice)
|Salary||:||P10,000 - 15,000|
Responsible for successfully managing inbound and outbound calls.
Answer questions and suggest solutions, take actions and provide solutions in relation to their services.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting them with issues/concerns
Makes sure that all required patient information is received and processed and that appointments are made with the proper medical personnel.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be a Nursing Graduate or have Medical/Home Health Background
With at least six (6) months Call Center Customer Service and Sales Experience
Flexibility in responding to change or business needs.
Positive Attitude, Conversational and Spontaneous
Good Communication and Comprehension Skills
Have Time Management and multitasking skills necessary to perform a variety
Excellent interpersonal skills
Keen and Strong attention to detail
Willing to work on Holidays
