Provide customer service through answering phone calls and responding to customer e-mails in a professional manner

Responsible for moderating and translating certain subjects

Provide the best solution based on the details provided by the customers

Guides the customer through the problem-solving process

Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service

Requirements:

College graduate preferred (College undergrads are welcome to apply)

Fluent Thai Speaker

Must know how to read and write Thai

Above average English communication skills

Preferably with call center work experience

Resourceful and quick to adapt to changes

Proficient in Microsoft programs including but not limited to Excel, Outlook and Word

Can start ASAP

Willing to work in Mandaluyong/Makati/BGC/Quezon City
