Salary: P 72,000 - P 77,000

Work Schedule: Shifting

Requirements:

Native Korean Speaker can speak conversational English

Open for Filipinos with near native level in Korean language

Vocational/short course diploma holder of any field.

With customer service background is a plus

Has knowledge in social media platforms

Responsibilities:

Answer inquiries from Koreans customers service request in social media platforms

Manage the social networking sites including facebook, twitter and other similar platforms

Handle customer concerns, questions and inquiries using these social media platforms

Attend the customers request in a timely manner.
