Manages the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.

Unearths new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.

Presents products to prospective clients.

Provides professional after-sales support to enhance the customers dedication.

Remains in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.

Responds to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the companys reputation.

Negotiates agreements and keeps records of sales and data.

Protects organizations values by keeping information confidential.

Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager which is related to the above scope of duties.

Seeks approval to the immediate supervisor before posting to social media accounts.

Performs additional related tasks as may be requested by the Managing Director from time to time quite often in a short notice.

Prepares letters and emails to clients in response to questions or to provide clarification on an ongoing project.

Conducts research to analyze customers behavior

Designing and implementing marketing campaigns.

Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing sales data.

Prepares (monthly, quarterly, and annual) forecasts.

Conducts oculars, food tasting and detailing meetings with clients.

Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
