Immigration Program Manager

Monitoring whenever necessary to document developments on members application.

Handles the client on stages such as Membership , Application and Decision Making Stage.

Takes leadership in the process of programme development.

Ensure proper client management through constant communication and attending inquiries or concerns coming from their end.

Attend to the concerns or questions raised by the sales and provide full blast support in the delivery of the information required.

Maintain communication and set favourable relationship with the representatives of the existing partnered institutions and immigration lawyers.

Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement.

Liase with the Administration Department and or third party Marketing Company in the development of marketing materials to ensure accurate information.

Represent company at education fairs and events to generate potential partnership and promote program offered.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal network; participating in professional societies.
