Taking phone calls from customers;

Answering questions about the product or service;

Ensuring customer satisfaction;

Amenable to shifting schedules.

Qualifications:

Must be a College Graduate of any course;

Must have at least 6 months to 2 years call center experience(This Account Requires Experience);

Be flexible with working hours.
