CLOUD PLATFORM ENGINEER

Ortigas Center, Pasig City | Permanent Full Time; DIRECT HIRE | Salary is very open

A Global Service Technology Company based in Ortigas, Pasig City requires a Cloud Platform Engineer who specializes in AWS and Application Development and will ensure the stability of the companys core infrastructure, platform and application production.

You will be tasked to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

- Build and manage the AWS Cloud Deploy infrastructure ensuring that the platform is able to accommodate users simultaneously

- Build a secure and scalable outlines and tools that will ensure smooth deployment of products and services

- Manage platforms hosted on AWS as well as involvement in infrastructure automation, service provisioning and improving the platforms design, process, performance and stability

- Database design and management

- Be involved in mobile and web applications using Node.JS, JavaScript, Coffeescript, RESTful API, Websocket, Socket.io and ReactNative as well as in the implementation, optimization and maintenance of applications with excellent user-experience and user-interface technology.

Qualifications required:

- More than 5 years of extensive exposure in Amazon Web Services Architecture, Database Management and Development

- Expert level in AWS Command Line Interface, Cloudformation, Ansible, Chef, Docker, Terraform and Kubernetes

- Experience in Mobile Development, Microservices, API gateway and Database management using MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis and AWS SQS.
