-Adequate information with regards to computers

-Good English communication skills

Job Description:

-Responds to arriving calls and replies to customers inquiries

-Direct and fix customer complaints

-Recognize and inform matters to immediate supervisors

-Record all data from calls according to the companys standards

Open WEEKDAYS / Office Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
