SLS STAFF (BEFORE SALES TRANSACTION)

I.GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

To ensure that all the delivery documents required before delivery is provided to Slaughter Plant (SP), to ensure that all accountable documents are monitored and turned over to concerned departments accurately and on time.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.He directly reports to SLS Supervisor.

2.He is responsible for all the preparation of documents needed for the next days delivery in reference with the approved Daiy Slaes Order (DSO).

3.He prepares all Sales Invoice of Shopwise and Rustans and transmits to Credit and Collection Department.

4.He monitors all issued accountable receipts and makes sure all these are properly accounted for.

5.He ensures on time transmittal of all DRs and SIs to the SP.

6.He acts as reliever in the absence of SLS Supervisor in issuance of SO/DSO and preparation of DSO.

7.He performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

III. QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Educational Requirement: Graduate of any 4-year course

Minimum Experience Requirement: At least 1 year experience in the same field
