Job Description:

Technical Support and Documentation support to the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software, and other systems. This will also include requirements gathering, technical analysis, coding, testing and other tasks related to the job function.

Provides assistance to monitor database operation for redundancy, integration, and security.

Responds to queries, answers questions in a multiple platform environment under the IT teams supervision

Technical Support and Documentation support to the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software, and other systems

Work collaboratively and provide recommendations/suggestions with the support team

Qualifications:

Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

No work experience required

Open to work with other interns
