Columbia Technologies, Inc. "Your Systems Solutions Partner" is looking for HELP DESK SUPPORT ASSISTANT
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Provides support to end users for basic computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues. Identifies, researches and resolves routine technical problems of low complexity. Responds to telephone, email and on line requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools. May coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve user problems.
Graduate of any 4-year computer course
With good written and oral communication skills
Has good customer service skills, can efficiently offer immediate technical resolutions to customers over the phone
A good team player
Preferably with experience in the same field, but not required
