Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems

Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns

Work closely with departmental managers to determine future network needs and plan for network changes.

Engage in regular network troubleshooting activities and resolve network connectivity issues

Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues

Qualifications:

BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Related Technical Degree

Must have work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

Deep understanding of Microsoft products, G Suite, Cloud Based Applications or remote desktop applications

Knowledge of Internet Fundamentals

Willing to work under pressure

Has Organization Skills

Flexibility in responding to change or business needs.

Good oral and written communication skills.
