Qualifications and Requirements:

With at least six (6) months of Inbound/Outbound Call Center Experience

Excellent Communication Skills and Comprehension Skills

Very Conversational and Spontaneous when talking to a Client

Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Software and G Suite

Has Critical Thinking and Active Listening Skills
