JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide a clear understanding of the call center agent's role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center.

Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations.

Collaborate with others to ensure the customers' issues are resolved.

Assist and provide solutions for the customers' questions.
