Legal Contract Senior Lawyers Metro Manila 2019

Responsibilities:

Managing a team of support, contract and negotiation experts comprised of full time employees and vendor resources

Supporting source selections and drafting source selection documents; and

Supporting agency level technical and contract management.

Delivering a seamless experience to sellers and Professional Services organization for the contracting activities in scope for the company and a streamlined engagement with the Services

Managing escalations for contract and negotiation activities within the scope

Drafting Government acquisition procedures and policy

Performing agency-wide acquisition management reviews and analysis

Supporting interdisciplinary functional acquisition teams

Review customer solicitations and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to prepare contract proposals and offers

Identify contract risks and secure approved negotiation positions consistent with internal policies

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge in all aspects of Government acquisition processes and procedures.

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in government, commercial, or international contract formation and execution at Management Level

Excellent verbal and written English skills

Graduate of Top Universities in the country
