Job Responsibilities:

Performs quality analysis and is capable of identifying root causes and can create relevant action items to improve and sustain performance.

Facilitates meetings with onshore auditors, Operations and SME to ensure that processes are aligned to current client business rules. Documentation

Maintains the organization of department files/references and performance reports Implementation of Quality Initiatives

Reporting and Analysis

Provide regular reports containing Overall Quality Performance and attribute wise trending

Provide analysis and recommendations using Quality data

Management Operating System

Conducts calibration sessions internally and onshore.

Conducts meetings / huddles with Operations and other groups internally and Onshore discussing Quality findings, observations, action plans.

Technical Skills

Required Upon Hire

Working knowledge of a desktop computer system including internet browsing

Working knowledge of MS Office Applications

o MS Excel

o MS Word

o MS PowerPoint

o MS Outlook

Working knowledge of Quality Assurance software & tools
