E-commerce Cloud Based Specialist

Qualification/Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Data Science or Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Related Technical Degree

Have experience with supporting organizations that use G Suite, Google Hangouts, Office 365, RingCentral; have provided helpdesk support for 50+ users; and/or have supported remote users.

Great interpersonal skills and can communicate thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively to showcase your skill

Passionate about IT and have a customer service mindset

Exhibit strong communication skills by pro-actively responding to telephone calls, emails, in-person, and automated requests for technical support.

Provide outstanding customer service to the Clients, Managers and maintain positive relationships within the company and its counterpart.
