Recruitment Administrator

INDIGO21: Ortigas Center, Pasig City | Full time-Permanent-Internal Hire | Mid-Shift: 4:30PM-1:30AM

Nature of work: Admin-Clerical | Customer Service | Marketing

This role will be to work closely with our UK-based clients to help them through the recrutiment process and help them get the right people for their teams.

Duties & Responsibilities of the role:

Communicating with clients and candidates over the phone and email

Reviewing candidate applications and directing them to the Box of Jobs website

Complete the weekly report and email over to the UK team

Track candidates through the recruitment process to maximise the chances of our clients finding the right people for their team

Work with clients to support them through the recruitment process

Setting up interviews on our automated booking system ensuring candidates book slots, and clients are organised to attend the interview

Collate feedback on interviews, and act as a liaison between client and candidate

Taking inquiries from the voicemail, taking messages and passing on information to the relevant department

Updating our job tracker and providing adminstration support

Communicate with the UK team weekly

Suggest ideas to improve our services and processes

Invoicing clients when the work is complete

Taking client job briefs and turning them into job application pages on our system

Advertising our client's jobs on the right advertising networks & jobs boards (full training given)

Key Role Requirements

Excellent spoken English and strong written English with Grammar & Punctuation

Confident in speaking with candidates and clients

Attention to detail

Use initiative and put forward ideas to improve how we work

Service focused attitude

Computer & Internet literate
