Hr Recruitment Specialist

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Required Skill(s) Excellent Communication Skills, Recruitment, Volume Hiring, Sourcing

-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

Will do End-to-End process for recruitment

Sourcing on all possible platforms

Will do Volume Hiring

Coordinate with the hiring managers for schedules and interview

Experience in an e-commerce or start-up is an advantage

Experience in Volume Hiring is an advantage and will be prioritized

Provides recruitment strategy

Provides recruitment report

Can START Immediately
