Qualifications:

Graduate of any Bachelors Degree course

Preference to those with background in Accounting/Realty/Leasing/Engineering

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field

Full-time position is available

Must be willing to work in Makati.

Job Description:

Facilitates the leasing of Companys properties to tenants.

Handles all tenant relations and concerns.

Ensures tenant compliance with building house rules.

Negotiating with suppliers for favorable pricing of goods/services and make sure the delivery is on time.

Coordinates with the supplier to ensure that they are able to meet the standards of the company
