Project Coordinator (mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities include:

Reports to the Executive Assistant for the multiple simultaneous projects and work assignments;

Tracks progress of assigned projects by providing project monitoring and evaluation report;

Liaison to gather project requirements, expectations and goals and relay to the Executive Assistant;

Provides detailed project scope and solution implementation processes;

Cooperates with Sales Team to assist the exhibitors in related work and signing of sales contracts; and

Coordinates with the Admin, Marketing, Sales and PR Team from time to time.

Monitors meetings and projects schedules

Creation of contracts and issuance of invoices in liaison with Finance Team

Monitors vendors, financial status and push sales on receivables

Oversee/Safekeep all customers materials (logos, graphic designs, files, etc.)

Skills & requirements:

Must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent;

With at least 2 years of working experience as Project Coordinator or related field;

Required Skill(s): Strong Event and project management, event management advertising, design and product development, product and business development, product and business development, Product and Project Management;

Experience in working with a start-up company is an advantage;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products;

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, co-workers and business contacts;

Has good understanding of work process and procedures;

Ability to take initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines;

Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Listening, speaking, reading and writing skills)
