Job description:

Responsibilities includes:

To propose, manage and implement the marketing plan for assigned shows with the delivery of a cost effective and appropriate marketing plan with supported market data and analysis for each of the respective events within the agreed budget and timeline

To lead the Marcom executives and assistants to execute marketing plans and meet show targets

To assist the Project Management to monitor the assigned shows by delivering of all marketing activity within agreed budget and timeline

To manage all aspects of print production, distribution and effectiveness tracking including production of cost effective high quality brochures, invites and other printed materials

To manage overall media relationships for assigned shows with the achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for assigned shows and its activities across all available media

To manage and direct visitors development including the creation and management of special VIP programs, subscription and similar schemes in order to encourage more new visitors and repeat visitors

Achievement of a positive working relationship with the website developers in order to create consistent and timely delivery of show messages to the targeted audiences

To understand the visitors behavior of the assigned shows by planning visitors behavior surveys, execution of surveys, analysis and report the survey results, the survey results will be used in developing events program including conference activities, buyers program and the creation of value proposition

To evaluate the effectiveness of channels for respective events by collecting and analyzing data of every channel

To be responsible for exhibition and visitor promotion, promotional materials, media bartersPR and marketing initiatives for assigned exhibitions and events

Assists the Marketing Manager with all other duties as assigned

Adheres to all company procedures, values and policies

Skills & requirements:

College graduate, at least 3-5 years of experience with integrated marketing, digital marketing, advertising, business, mass communication and /or related disciplines

Relevant B2B marketing experience preferred

Proven planning and pays attention to detail

Proven experience in managing events

Computer literate; preferably with database management skills

Experience in working with a start-up company is an advantage

Knowledgeable on both Microsoft Windows apps and other office equipment

Must be a team player and able to work independently while providing leadership support to the team.

Able to work under pressure, attention to details and self-driven

Have excellent oral, written communication skills, project management and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English and Mandarin (Written and Verbal) is required

Willing to travel
