Compliance Manager

with 5 years of experience in a Managerial Capacity. 3 years can also be considered

- should have strong personality with soft spot

- can managed challenging staff

- able to handle a team

- background should be in compliance, can do training, preferably can handle cases (a lawyer) since there

would also be complaints coming from their members (or distributors)

- reports to the Director of Compliance of Asia Pacific Region who is based in Malaysia with dotted line to the

GM of Herbalife in Manila

- salary is 60-70k per month. With additional of 30k Taxable to be used for transpo and board and logging

everytime he needs to visit members (or distributors) or the nutritional club of distributors

- Under the compliance team, there are 4 members, the Manager, Supervisor and 2 Staff
