Job description:

OJT Responsibilities:

*Assist the department in the various areas of the HR Department

*Will work closely with the Recruitment Team to understand over-all recruitment needs and requirements (Call Center Clients' Profiles, Clients demands, and Specific Screening Process)

*Work with the Sourcing Team in developing sourcing strategies. Will create ads in different job portals, pre screen/interview candidates and coordinate with them for the schedule. Do a real-time monitoring of application progress.

*Focus on job advertisements and corporate branding on social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)


*Candidate must be currently enrolled with practicum units, pursuing BSBA major in Human Resource Development Management , BS/AB Psychology, Marketing (or any related courses) Students

*Required skill(s): MS Office. Active in Social Media Sites, highly preferred. Good English Communication expertise both written and oral

*6 Internship position(s) for duration of 2-3 month(s)/250 hours.
