Recruitment Officer

1.Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including but not limited to: job boards, cold calling, headhunting, creative online search, internal job posting site, and academic linkages.

2.Continuously seek to improve effectiveness of processes and procedures of all sourcing methods.

3.Create out of the box sourcing ideas or programs.

4.Prepare sourcing reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource or any related course.

2.With at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment is an advantage

3.Computer Literate, Team Player, and Hard working.

4.Has strong attention to details

5.Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.

6.With knowledge in recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies and regulatory requirements

7.Willing to do fieldwork.
