Job description:

The Human Resource Manager is responsible to oversee the department functions and managing employees. Develop, recommend, maintain and implement rules and regulation for the organization.

Update salary structure and prepare yearly budget for manpower. Serve as link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems.

Recruitment:

Manage hiring process: scheduling, phone interview and test assessment using zoho recruit.

Responsible to look recruitment and selection process.

Prepare notices and advertisement for vacant staff positions.

Create job description and help to interpret labor contracts.

Handle HR request and queries of employees.

Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.

Suggest human resource strategic ways.

Search resume from different job portal site.

Maintain 201 files of employees and update it when needed.

Do research for current salary benchmark for respective positions.

Develop and prepare performance appraisal for employees.

Prepare personnel action notice and payroll authorization.

Review performance appraisal to ensure objectivity.

Conduct exit interview.

Compensation and Benefits

Process compensation and benefits of employees.

Process online EPRS (philhealth) for monthly payment.

Process SSS online Payment Reference Number (PRN) for monthly payment.

Prepare attendance summary (Absences, O.T, O.B.) from david link and HRIS attendance for Paranaque Cityhall staff.

Monitor and maintain HRIS (opentimeclock) for employees assigned in Paranaque cityhall.

Responsible to provide guidance and direction to compensation and benefits of the employee.

Ensure government mandatory reports are paid and posted (sss, philhealth, pag-ibig).

Review of salary structure and recommend increase to management if needed.

Training and Development

Arrange and coordinate trainings and seminar for employees.

Identify training and development opportunities.

Create retention programs to retain performer employees.

Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

Other duties and responsibilities as may assigned by the Managing Director.
