Recruitment Consultant / Executive Recruiter

Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Salary Package: Dependant on Experience + Monthly Incentives + Quarterly Incentives + Commission per Placement

Type: Permanent, Full-time

Work Days and Hours: Mondays to Fridays only, 10:30am to 7:30pm (fixed), no overtime, we don't bring home work (We follow Philippine holidays)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant / Executive Recruiter with excellent written and verbal English communication skills to join our confident and fast-moving recruitment and sales team.

We are currently looking for candidates with a Recruitment, Human Resources (HR) or Manpower (even Sales or Business Development) interest to work within a number of key areas (including Engineering, Finance and IT) where you will be involved in the full recruitment cycle. The full cycle starts with getting clients, sending business proposals, meeting with clients face-to-face, negotiating terms and conditions, posting ads, interviewing candidates, formatting CVs, doing covering emails, calibrating with clients every now and then, liasing with both clients and candidates regarding interviews and other feedback up until placement.

Full training, support and mentoring will be provided.
