Contract Manager

Main Function:

LEGAL

Preparing and reviewing of contracts and monitoring legal compliance as per Philippine laws and operational compliance.

Reporting any non-compliance and/or violation along with proposed corrective action.

Determine compliance functions, duties and responsibilities and delegates to relevant personnel.

Develop and continued improvement to adopt the clients procurement system

Meeting with the contractor on a regular basis to review progress, discuss problems and consider necessary changes.

Establishing control of corresponded data and report

Attend to complex inquiries on contract obligations and revisions.

Determine risk and issues and recommend alternatives leading to best solution.

Distribute information on contract status, compliance and modifications.

Analyze and model contract terms and reviews with key internal stakeholders.

Procure required internal reviews and approvals for contract terms and provisions.

Gather maximum return on investment and customer satisfaction from contract responsibilities.

Other Function:

COMMERCIAL

Prepare Change/Variation Orders.

Prepares Documentations and reports pertinent to claims such as Time Extention and extended overhead claims.

Assist Sales and Billing personnels to negotiate contract terms and conditions.

Handle pricing changes and price reductions, compliance training and audits.

Enter contract data and information into relevant systems.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least any of the following Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or Architectural (Civil), Political Science, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), or equivalent.

Proficient in oral and written communication, preferably with experience working for Construction Contract Management.

Expert in using MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project or any equivalent tool.

Can work with minimum supervision.

With good communication skills.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
