Customer Support (home Based)

We are looking for candidates who can help with customer support via chat and or email. He/She must be able to work in a shifting schedules including graveyard and weekends.

What we are looking for:

Motivated self-starter.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Passion for helping others and creating customer support experiences that wow users and create loyalty.

Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to troubleshoot problems from an end-user perspective.

You must have:

Customer support experience in a high-volume environment and familiarity with Zendesk (however entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
