Candidates must meet business requirements as directed by customers. Must understand ServiceNow platform architecture. Must be able to provide sound technical solutions to stakeholders. Must be able to communicate technical solutions to stakeholders in a simplified manner. Must be able to understand and work in an Agile Methodology environment. Basic Qualifications: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields 3-5 years IT experience. Knowledge in ServiceNow platform, preferably with experience in platform administration and development. Experience and knowledge on ServiceNow modules (i.e. ITSM, ITOM, HR, etc.) Knowledge in JavaScript, Jelly, Angular.JS, HTML, CSS. Implementation and understanding integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC is an advantage. | ||
