Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
We accept HS Graduates/College Graduates and Undergraduates.
Work Location: Metro Manila Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig, Paranaque, Alabang, Pasay, Antipolo, Cubao and Eastwood.
Work Experience: No work experience required (those with customer service oriented work experience eg. sales, hospitality, etc. are highly qualified), call center experience is an advantage.
Shift Available: Days Shift, Mid Shift and Night Shift
