Job description:

Customer Support Representative is responsible for managing orders/requests from clients while providing excellent customer service at the same time.


- Responsible for ensuring compliance with company systems, processes and procedures

- Demonstrate experience in working in a multicultural team

- Place new orders (Non-Billable and Billable Services),

- Support customer requests such as modifying, cancelling or updating existing orders,

- Review and Book orders placed using a Customer Portal,

Communicate timely and important updates about orders to the customer,

- Coordinate with the IBX site technicians on order status, updates or discrepancies,

- Act as the liaison between the customer and the site technician

- Manage customer account information through Access Enrolment, Termination, and Account Modifications Requests


- Candidate must be at least 2 years college undergraduate in any field (no back subjects)

- With less than 1 year call center experience handling Customer Service account

- With excellent English communication skills

- Preferably with Customer Service experience

- Background in handling a multitasking account is highly desired

- Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule

- Knowledge of basic business correspondence, usage of various computer applications and computer Navigation
