Job description:Customer Service Associate responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients while up-selling products and services. Responsibilities: -Handles Bill Inquiry (First bill explanation, pro-rated charges, one time fees, expired promotion, etc) -Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service using features and benefits -Negotiate and properly handle objections with customers -Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet the customers needs -Provide customers with a positive sales and service experience -Adhere to IBEX Global Philippines company policies and work standards Qualifications: -Candidate must be at least 2 years college undergraduate in any field (no back subjects) -If not, at least high school graduate with minimum of 6 months call center experience -Knowledge of Telecommunications company (whether local or international) -Excellent probing skills -With excellent English communication skills -Preferably proficient at up-selling additional products and services -Capable of expressing various thoughts via email/chat. Should be able to provide complete and sensible responses -Can drive sales while maintaining excellent customer experience -Background in handling a multitasking account is highly desired -Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule -Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong: G/F Shaw IT Center, Nueve de Pebrero cor Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City sales support, sales csr, sales account, telco, bpo shaw, sales shaw *Free meal and shuttle upon pick-up available during application | ||
