Project Engineer For Multinational Construction And Water Treatment Company Ayala Makati

Job Descriptions:

Assist the Project Manager in the planning & execution of projects according to strict deadlines and prudent budgets.

Coordinate all members of the Project Team, including third-party contractors / consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Monitors the quality and progress of work and ensures timely completion of the assigned project

Ensure that the Project is covered by proper documentation, from planning until Project Close-Out. All adjustments in scope, change orders, site instructions, minutes of the meeting with contractors, schedule updates, cost updates, etc., are properly documented and filed in an organized manner.

Responsible for quantification and ordering of owner-supplied materials and ensures the quality of materials used by the contractors

Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Prepares proper documentations and reports needed prior to project implementation.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam),Engineering (Mechanical),

Required skill(s): project coordination and management, project estimation, general construction, quantity surveying, documentation skill, Communication Skill.

At least 3 year(s) of constructions working experience

Experience with Water Treatment is an advantage.
