- Review applications submitted by customers to open online Forex trading account.
- Review and scrutinize documents submitted by customers for their online Forex trading account.
- Escalate issues with submitted applications to Client Support team.
- Escalate compliance related issues to compliance department.
- Translate documents to English.
- Index and Archive documents submitted with the application.
- Ensure that applications are processed within the target deadlines set by the client for its customers.
- Proficient in Chinese Mandarin reading/writing/spoken.
- Proficient in English reading/writing/spoken.
- Background in Forex trading or similar financial vertical will be considered as a plus.
- Experience in Salesforce will be considered as a plus.
- Comfortable in working at day or night shift (we have multiple slots available shifts available including weekends)
