Job description:Duties and Responsibilities: Windows OS for desktop and laptop support Desktop application support Queries and IT related questions Vendor coordination for PC warranty support IT operations VIP support Coordination between IT Groups for resolutions Support the Level 1 Service Desk for on-site verification and confirmation QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelors in computer application-BSCS/BSIT/BSCOE and other related courses Experience: At least 1 to 2 years work experience in providing Technical/Network support Qualifications: Windows AD Application Outlook email, MS Office, Sharepoint, Oracle ERP, Microsoft SCCM, SCOM & SCSM Network Concepts Audio / Video Conference Arkadin, Webex, Polycom Phone MS Lync, PBX Storage Backup Netapps, TSM Backup Database Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL, MS Access Systems Windows, Unix, Linux, Windows, CentOS Cisco - Network switches and Network routers Firewall Checkpoint, ASA, Juniper SIEM Splunk, Tripwire | ||
