Handyman

At least college level or must have finished a relevant vocational course

Must have a certification under TESDA or any equivalent

Must have a prior work experience as a handyman or electrician

Must be highly knowledgeable in reading electrical plans

Must have adept skills in troubleshooting electrical and communications problems

Must also be familiar with carpentry, masonry, and plumbing

Must be highly organized and with keen attention to details

Must be pleasant with strong interpersonal skills cutting across all levels of an organization

Must be adaptable and flexible

Must be a team player

Must be a multi-tasker

Must be trustworthy and hardworking

Must be willing to work long hours

Must thrive under pressure
