DESIGNATION: Data Encoder

DEPARTMENT: Operation Department

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager / General Manager / President

PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB: A Data Encoder/Liaison is responsible for:

- Encoding of data

- Public Relations

- Performing other duties that management deems necessary to further the goals of the

company.

LEVEL OF AUTHORITY: A Data Encoder is responsible for reasonable judgment and competent

action, where failure to perform effectively and efficiently could have serious impact on company

operations, public relations, and the efficient use of resources. In line within this position, one is

required to perform routine duties as specified by management in coordination with the existing

sourcing and recruitment team, in accordance with established and general policies and procedures

requiring regular interpretation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Most of the work is performed in a fast-paced office setting with frequent

interruptions and with the need to deal with a great diversity of people.

COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES: Giving proper respect to company employees, giving proper respect

to company property, protect the image of the company.
