Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description

Perform generation of electronic bank statement from bank and import bank statement into system, process auto posting to system.

Perform clearing of bank transitory accounts in system based on manual bank statement including check & reconciliation of bank statement and related journal posting.

Prepare bank reconciliation report based on banks statement from Bank and transaction records in the system.

Perform integration of bank account in SAP which covers automatic Themis interface and/or manual integration.

Prepares journal entries for bank related transaction such as but not limited to loans, bank charges, interests, standing orders, etc.

Ensures controls are maintained within the accounting operating environment in compliance with SLA.

Minimum Qualifications

With a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, Business Administration or in a related field.

Certified Public Accountants is a plus

Has at least 2 years of work experience in a Finance and Accounting role preferably in treasury processing, prior experience in a Shared Service environment or experience in Oil, Gas and Energy industries is an advantage

Ability to multitask and is results and quality driven

With strong analytical and communication (written and spoken) skills and is eager to work in a team oriented, multi-cultural environment

Customer Service Oriented

Exposure to SAP and high proficiency with MS Office application is desired

Additional Proficiency in other Asian Language such as Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa and in French will be an advantage.
