ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

SUMMARY:

Responsible for salary set-up of projects under existing employees using payroll information system.

Process clearances for last payments

Prepare Annualized Withholding Tax (Alphalist)

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process and release salaries in a complete, timely and accurate manner every specified cut-off dates

Record all Accounts Payable in payroll information system

Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

Organize Debit Memo for bank purposes

Assist in month end closing

Prepare Alpha List of Payroll Accounts in a yearly basis

Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practice

QUALIFICATIONS:

A graduate of any 4-year Accounting and Finance related course.

At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
