Job description:AREA OFFICER-CEBU BASED 1. HOSPITAL DETAILING MANAGEMENT Ensure Achievement of POME KRAs in assigned area: a. MOA contract with relevant Hospital b. POME KIT sampling to HCP (Nurses) and Detailing to Nurses c. Retrieval of POME Cards with correct information. Ensure Inventory of POME KITs and POME Cards are monitored Look for Opportunities in Hospital for merchandising to advertise KC diapers like tarpaulins, posters, baby crib name tags, billboards, etc.. Build relationship with HCP (nurses/pedia), NICU, CSR and Marketing Prepares Monthly Coverage Plan for Baby Care Advisors Ensure timely submission of reports required by TEMSI and KCPI Regularly conducts Hospital Audit checks and ensures coverage of assigned area. 2. IDS DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT Ensure Achievement of POME KRAs in assigned area on: a. IDS Coverage per day b. % Productivity c. Distribution of Must SKUs Build Relationship with IDS owners and operators/staff Coordination with Area Distributor and Channel Development Manager from KCP Ensure timely submission of reports required by TEMSI and KCPI Regularly conducts trade checks and ensures coverage of assigned area. 3. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Analyses POME APP and IDS APP Reports. Use this to provide guidance, corrective actions and directions to assigned Baby Care Advisors. Ensures timely and accurate processing of attendance summary of employees in assigned area for payroll. Evaluates employee performance and recommends employee developmental plans. Organize and facilitates staff meetings to discuss business updates and issues and to address violations on rules and regulations. Provides day-to-day support and guidance to merchandisers in assigned area. Acts as Point Of Contact within head office for any concerns that needs to be addressed and/or assistance required by field employees. Facilitates on-site training programs to field personnel to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services. 4. CUSTOMER SERVICE Ensures mandated qualities of hospital and IDS executions set by clients are met. Maintains good relationship with clients and outlet personnel at all times Ensures timely and effective execution of special projects. Ensures proper coordination with outlet personnel and clients and ensures issues are resolved satisfactorily. Performs other tasks assigned from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS: A graduate of behavioral or business related course. A minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales and merchandising. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Excellent computing skills Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, achieve results, work without supervision and work under pressure Excellent leadership qualities and ability to motivate team | ||
