Conduct end to end process

Accommodate all employee concerns for assigned accounts

Generate departmental reports- absenteeism/tardiness, contract status report to provide advice for regularization non-renewal and renewal of contract.

Issue memos to employees, process exit clearance for resigned and non-renewal employees.

Arrange or conduct training courses, which may involve demonstrating equipment leading group discussions or role-playing activities.

A graduate of behavioral or business- related course.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail sales and merchandising

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, achieve results, work without supervision and work uinder pressure

Excellent leadership qualities and ability to motivate team
